My Top Ten Favorite Albums of 2013–so far!

2013 has been an embarrassment of riches for music fans! So many great albums in so many different genres! Itunes (or emusic or spotify, whatever) could shut down for the rest of the year–and it would be fine. There’s more than enough music out already to fill your year with hours of fantastic listening.

In putting this list together, I decided to go with my favorite albums pre-The National, Vampire Weekend, Daft Punk new releases. Those albums definitely deliver and you should listen to them–but since you probably already have–this list goes through May 1st or before the big three dropped.

I also figured it was a good time to put this list together since two albums that are sure to be on my end of the year album list came out this week: Quadron‘s Avalanche and Disclosure‘s Settle. Your new favorite songs are on these two albums. Trust me.

But first–check out my favorite albums of 2013–so far. I’m sure there is something in this list for everyone!
